Agreement in principal

  • If you are buying an off plan property and want the peace of mind of knowing you can have the mortgage before committing to the purchase, we are able to obtain an agreement in principle from a lender. We can organise for a consultation at an any stage of your purchase.
  • Our specialists will help you find the best mortgage deal in Morocco, we have lenders who will also consider equity release in order to facilitate your Moroccan purchase.
  • In the mean time if a new product is being introduced to the Moroccan Mortgage market during the period of construction of your off-plan property, we will of course endeavor to obtain it for you at no extra cost.

  • Letter from chattered accountant confirming net income
  • Declaration of assets
  • Declaration commitments
  • Profit-loss statement
  • Last six months bank statements
  • Bank reference
  • Experian report
  • Fiscal Documents: Personal Tax Return and Self-assessment Tax Return

PROPERTY

  • Proof 30% purchase price is in a Convertible Dirham account in Morocco
  • Property certificate
  • Sale agreement or reservation form between the buyer and developer which will include the description of the property to be financed.
  • Notary’s certificate.
